The flag is a representation of the right to bear arms and the United States American Flag co-mingled as one. Creating the American Flag Ammo Grill Cover.The American flag consists of thirteen equal horizontal stripes of red and white alternating. These stripes represent the 13 British colonies that declared their independence from the Kingdom of Great Britain. The 50 Stars on the flag, in the upper left blue rectangle, represent the 50 states of the United States of America. The flag can be seen throughout country from a small town bar to the top of a city sky scraper.
The bullets are a representation of the .223 and .308 Remington rifle cartridges. These bullets were designed in 1962 by Remington Arms. The cartridges were tested in the late 50s using the AR-15 marksmanship vs the M-14. The AR-15 was getting about 20% better hit rates than the M-14s.
