The I am Vegan Grill Cover

Veganism is the practice of abstaining from the use of animal products, more so in a food diet.  It can also be described as someone who rejects the idea of animals being used as a commodity.  Vegans do not eat anything that is meat or comes from an animal, (eggs, dairy products, etc).  Donald Watson was the man who added the term Vegan in 1944.  His main purpose was used as a non-dairy vegetarian but quickly grew to living without exploiting animals.
