Grill Cover Warranty

The 1 year limited warranty covers fading and craftsmanship from the date that your order was shipped.  Craftsmanship relates to the the stitching of the cover.  All of our grill covers are made here in our factory and we stand behind our tedious attention to detail that results in delivering a quality product. That's why we use marine grade vinyl common in the watercraft industry.  Combined with UV resistant inks we are giving you the best possible product using the best ingredients.  All products have a lead time of 7-10 business days before they ship out.

OUR GRILL COVERS ARE NOT INTENDED TO BE HOSED DOWN WITH A POWER WASHER.  IT WILL DAMAGE THE GRILL COVER FROM THE FORCE.  We are not responsible for damage to grill covers that are improperly "cleaned" and treated.  Sharp objects can destoy the grill cover and are not part of this warranty.  Please don't dry the grill cover in a dryer as it may cause damage to the product as-well-as leaving ink in your dryer.  We aren't responsible for damages to your appliances if you choose to wash your grill cover in a washer or dryer.  Contact us if you have a manufacturing defect contact us with your problem and attach photos of the issue.

Please note the following as this will effect if we accept your return.

-  Wrap your bbq grill cover with a PLASTIC GARBAGE BAG.  This will keep your grill cover in new & returnable condition (clean and free of dirt, grease and/or charcoal).  Food oils from the grill can splash onto the vinyl and can discolor the vinyl and your graphics.  This is something that we will not cover under the warranty.
